Our Police Constable Recruitment Program is a comprehensive, 3-month training experience that prepares you for every stage of the police hiring process across Canada.

✅ What’s Included in the Program?
✔️ 3 Months of Training
Our program is divided into 4 core lessons, each spaced 3 weeks apart and offered up to 3 times per week on various days and times. That means maximum flexibility — attend the class that fits your schedule best.
✔️ Live Instruction From Experienced Police Officers and Recruitment Professionals
Every session is 1 hour long, taught live by a serving police officer, sergeant, staff sergeant, or recruiter — so you're learning directly from those in the field.
Our program does not expire. We will provide support until you are hired, no exceptions.
🛠️ What You’ll Accomplish During the Program
✓ Resume & Cover Letter Development
We’ll build documents that align your experience with police service values and highlight your transferable skills.
✓ Written Exam Prep
Study guides and practice exams for the OACP, ETHOS, APCAT, and RCMP and all other Police, CBSA and Corrections written exams.
✓ Volunteer Placement
Hands-on experience with organizations serving individuals in crisis or with mental health challenges — a key part of your application. Some volunteering can be done from home.
✓ Unlimited Police-Related Courses
Topics include mental illness, Indigenous culture, Black Lives Matter, gender identity, stress management, and more — all designed to strengthen your application and meet service requirements.
✓ Interview Coaching
You’ll receive both group-based training and one-on-one coaching and classes to prepare for each stage of the recruitment interviews.
✓ Document & Psychological Assessment Support
We’ll help you collect all required documents and guide you through the psychological evaluation and other post-application steps.
📚 After the 3 Months, You Will:
- Submit your homework assignments
- Complete your written provincial exam
- Apply to 2–3 police services
- Receive full support through the interview and hiring process
Since 2019, 100% of our students have received interviews after applying.
We encourage you to focus your applications on a few select services to avoid becoming overwhelmed by multiple recruitment processes.

You’ll complete pre-course modules as homework and begin your journey before the first lesson even begins.

Join province-specific group chats and virtual classrooms with hundreds of students and hired officers who were once in your shoes.
🏃♂️ Physical Training Access (Ontario Only)
While we don’t offer in-person gym sessions, you’ll have access to the PREP circuit and 20 m shuttle run once per month, all year round. Your first use of the PREP equipment is included. Each additional attempt is $50.00.
We also offer more than 15 scheduled 20 m shuttle run practice sessions throughout the year.
These sessions are held at our facility at 2340 Meadowvale Boulevard on scheduled dates.
